- The Directors and Management Team are responsible for ensuring that this policy is implemented, monitored, and reviewed.
- Staff and Trainers must support this commitment by treating others with dignity and respect at all times.
- Learners and course participants are expected to uphold the values outlined in this policy.

5. Training and Awareness

We will provide appropriate training and guidance to all staff and trainers to raise awareness of equality and diversity and ensure that they understand their responsibilities.

6. Complaints and Concerns

Any individual who believes they have been subject to discrimination or unfair treatment in connection with Heartbeat Training Ltd is encouraged to raise their concern. Complaints will be treated seriously, investigated promptly, and handled with sensitivity and confidentiality. Appropriate action will be taken where necessary. In accordance with Heartbeat Training Ltd complaints policy.

7. Monitoring and Review

We will monitor the effectiveness of this policy and review it regularly to ensure it remains fit for purpose and compliant with relevant legislation and guidance. Feedback from staff and learners will inform improvements.
